Since 1964, Metallon has been producing high volume precision stampings to meet customers’ specifications in the same location in Thomaston, CT. With over 50 years in the business, our team has extensive experience in the designing, building and operating of Class A progressive tooling. Part designs range from close–tolerance requirements for the automotive, aerospace, and surgical industries, to the broader tolerances of some construction fasteners and commercial applications.

Our cell-based production allows us to focus on vertical integration, so we maintain all manufacturing processes in-house with the exception of finishing. We pride ourselves on our first-class design capabilities and our ability to collaborate on projects to meet our clients’ exact needs. In addition, we offer value-added assemblies that integrate secondary operations into the stamping process for efficient and cost-effective solutions. Our 41,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility grew by 11,000 sq. ft. in Quarter 4 of 2018, allowing us to expand our capabilities even further.
